- Address changes are accepted via email before parcels are shipped.

- PhilPost is the international shipping courier used for this shop.
- Team is not liable for lost packages; tracking is provided. You can track your parcels here (https://phlpost.gov.ph/tracking-delivery/)
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is 30-40 working days, excluding customs processing time.
- Additional fees from Customs are not handled by the team.
- Remember to claim your parcel at your post office once it said so in the tracking info.

- The team accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds in specific situations.
- Acceptable cases include incomplete orders, damage due to team negligence, or incorrect shipping information by the team.
- Provide proof of purchase, pictures/videos of issues, and a full statement for requests. Strictly no video proof, no refund.
- The team reserves the right to accept or deny requests at its discretion.
